Every platform we researched, in one of seven honest states. Last verified: 2026-10-18 (probe run across all 99 domains, plus live end-to-end tests on the deployed downloader).

The clip page loads fine (200) but the player URL is generated by JavaScript or signed — the generic extractor can't see it. Each would need a dedicated per-site adapter; we build those only where it's worth it.

Two situations: platforms that are photo/image-first (the picked page served images, no video — either a photo platform or a wrong page picked by the heuristic), and platforms whose homepages are JavaScript-rendered (no static clip links to pick, but a user-supplied clip URL may still parse fine). If you have a clip URL from one of these, try it in the downloader — and the result tells us whether to re-classify it.

Bot-walled — 17 unsupported by design
The platform rejects non-browser traffic at the network layer (WAF 403/429 on homepages or clip pages). Circumventing that is a hard line — no amount of effort changes these. They remain on the allowlist so a user-supplied URL is still attempted (the downloader's own fetch sometimes succeeds where a probe doesn't), but we don't market them as supported.

Platforms whose core content is real, non-anonymous people — leak and stalking aggregators, non-consensual material. The downloader refuses these domains at the API level (HTTP 403 with the reason). This boundary is not negotiable by request, popularity, or revenue.

Methodology
The probe (2026-10-18) fetched each domain's homepage (apex, then www), picked up to three clip-like internal links, fetched each, and ran the downloader's own extraction logic. Every result was then post-verified: unreachable domains were re-checked against two public DNS resolvers; false positives (a parked domain serving a sale page, a JS homepage with no static links) were re-tested against a known-good clip URL. The raw masked results live in the project's probe-results.md. Re-probe cadence: after any engine change, and monthly.
