Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-18. These terms cover this site — the video downloader and its parse service.
1. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for what you download and what you do with it. Downloading or redistributing content may be restricted by the platform's own terms of service and by copyright and other laws in your jurisdiction. Nothing on this site is legal advice; see the legal boundaries page for the general picture. You agree not to use the downloader to download content you do not have the right to obtain.
2. No ownership, no affiliation
The operator owns no platform, video, or content listed or supported. No affiliation with any platform is implied by mention. Platform names are used factually (compatibility and refusal statements only), in text, without logos. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
3. Pass-through model
The downloader finds a direct link on a public page and, on request, streams the file from the platform's own CDN to you with the headers that CDN requires. It never re-encodes or re-hosts media, holds no copy of any file longer than the stream itself, and does not store the URLs it processes.
4. What we will not do
We will not bypass logins, geo-blocks, CAPTCHAs, or bot protection; will not support platforms whose core content is real, non-anonymous people (leak or stalking aggregators, non-consensual material); and will not accept requests, payments, or pressure to change either line.
5. Availability & changes
Platform compatibility changes without notice as platforms change; the status board is the current record. We may modify, pause, or retire the site at any time. No warranty of any kind is made, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from your use of downloaded content, including damages that result from conduct that is illegal in your jurisdiction. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.
7. Content IP & governing law
The text, design, and code of the site are the operator's work; you may quote from them with attribution. These terms are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction of residence (to be stated here once the domain and entity details are final); disputes go to the competent courts there.
